Laguna University is committed to produce academically prepared and technically skilled individuals who are socially and morally upright.

QUALITY POLICY

Laguna University commits itself to provide free quality education, to deliver socially responsive services to our stakeholders, to continuously improve quality management system, and to satisfy applicable regulatory and statutory requirements.

OBJECTIVES

1. To expand, facilitate and sustain access to professional, vocational, technical and continuing education;

2. To serve as a research institution for various fields of expertise and specialization through the conduct of relevant basic applied research and development and publish research output and transfer technology for target clients;

3. Establish and maintain institutional cooperation with local, regional, national and global networks of colleges and universities, scholarly and professional associations;

4. Further develop Filipino intellectual and physical abilities, as well as moral and ethical values for optimum productivity and social concern to be able to sustain a reservoir of well-rounded human capabilities and hasten the realization of institutional goals;

5. Extend professional training in public governance as well as in cultural, technological, scientific and vocational endeavor;

6. Offer quality education at the least and equitable cost for all who qualify in the admission standards giving priority to financially handicapped but deserving and talented individuals.
